📦 Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is 15–20 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Turnaround begins the next business day after payment is received. This is processing time before shipment or pickup, not USPS transit time.

🎄 Christmas Orders

The deadline to place orders needed for Christmas is November 30, 2026. This is an ordering cutoff, not a guaranteed delivery date; please consider shipping transit time when ordering.

🚚 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor delivery through USPS.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package is accepted and scanned by USPS, it is in their possession. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact USPS with your tracking number to start a claim. If you need help finding your tracking details, please reach out.

🤍 Local Pickup

Local porch pickup is offered in Colora, Maryland. Please wait for your pickup-ready notification before arriving. Pickup hours are Monday and Wednesday 8 AM–6 PM, and Saturday 9 AM–3 PM.
