Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession.

Return for a refund will only be accepted if the item arrived damaged. Buyer has 24 hours after order has been delivered to contact us with a description of the damage as well as photographs.
